With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Move to place in front of the tube on the left side of the dress. Making sure it is covering up where the dress is cut off

Move down to place in front of the tube and basket of eggs. Move over toward the right just a little so that the cat will over the rest of the cut off dress

Using your Magic Wand tool Click inside some of the boxes or all and add pieces of the tube in each one. Once you do this make sure you change the blend mode to soft light

 

Layers, merge, merge down the many times that you added so that they will all be one layer on the preset shape

Light from Left/top checked

 

Now add wordart, sayings, what ever you wish to the timeline
