I am using the artwork of Verymany.  You need a license to use this tube. You can find this tube for free at their site HERE

 

I am using the kit Easter Fun  by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Frame 10

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 23

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Grass

 

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

 

Image, resize 7%

 

Move to the left side of the frame so you can see the grass beside the frame

Layers, Duplicate

 

Image, Mirror

 

Layers, merge, merge down

 

I moved toward the bottom of the frame

 

Edit, copy Egg 2

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 10

 

Move to place in front of the tube on the left side of the dress. Making sure it is covering up where the dress is cut off

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Setting

 

Edit, copy Cat

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, Mirror

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Layers, arrange, bring to topo

 

Move down to place in front of the tube and basket of eggs. Move over toward the right just a little so that the cat will over the rest of the cut off dress

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Move to the left placing behind the basket of eggs and in front of the tube

Edit, copy Tree 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right side of the frame placing behind the grass and moving around til you have it placed how you want

Move behind the cat and in front of the tubes dress. Move over toward the other basket with eggs.

Move to place in front of the cats paws

Move toward the left so that one slat of the fence is beside the frame

Move to the left of the tag. I placed is on the grass and moved to look like it is climbing up the fence on the left

Move to the top right behind the tree. I pulled the sun over so you can see some of it beside the tree

Move to the right placing on the grass in front of the tree

Move behind the flowers you just placed on your tag and move so that part of the wheel is behind the tube

Move to the left side of the tag placing in front of the the fence and to the right of the flower there. Move around til you have it the way you want. It is going to be behind the bunny mostly

Move to the left side of the tag and pull up and around so that you can see the sign

Layers, arrange, Send to bottom

Move to the top of the frame and move up some so that it will appear to be behind the tube some

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Image, resize 20%

 

Move to the right placing on the grass beside the chick

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
