Edit, copy Frame 1

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 8

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Place to the right of the phone on the blanket. It will be in front of the tubes knee

Move to the left side of the frame and move up so that it is almost near the top of the frame on that side. Keep moving around til you have it placed the way you want. I made sure the sticks are hidden behind the treat jar

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down and over some once you get it to the bottom. Mine is behind the box and calendar but moved over so you can see quite a bit of the element
