Pick a dark color for your foreground and light color for background

Floodfill your image with the light color

Click the middle button on your foreground color

Select the tab that says Pattern at the top. The settings are below that I used


Floodfill your layer with the pattern

Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay

Change your background back to color so you will now see your dark color you picked

Move down to the bottom of the frame. It will be between all the elements you have already added

Move to the left side of the frame. Moving up and around so that you can see it. Mine is a little bit above the top of the frame

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the left side of the mermaid. Placing in front of the mermaids knee than move it below the knees

Move around a little behind the tube til you have the water showing the way you want

Move down to the left side of the frame placing behind the other seaweed

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left side of the tag. Keep moving it around til you have it placed how you want. I have mine in between different elements

Add your name to the tag

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Fence

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move down to the bottom of your frame

Move to the left placing part of it behind the tree. But pull some of it out so you can see it
