Pick a dark color to place in the foreground

 

Pick a light color to place in the background

 

Floodfill your image with your light background color

 

Selections, Select All

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Adjust, blur, blur

 

Effects, Reflection Effects, Pattern Settings of:

Horizontal offset: -25

Vertical Offset: -57

Rotation Angle: 58

Scale Factor: -33

Number of Columns: 16

Number of Rows: 13

Horizontal Shift: -49

Vertical Shift: -1

 

Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance

 

Layers, new raster, layer

 

Floodfill with light color

 

Change blend mode to overlay

 

Layers, merge, merge down

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your timeline

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Layers, Duplicate

 

Change blend mode of duplicate to Hard Light

 

Layers, Merge, Merge down

 

Layers, duplicate

 

Image, mirror

 

Move to the left side of the timeline

 

Layers, duplicate

 

Image, mirror

 

Layers, merge, merge down

 

Move down below the original tube layer

 

Effects, Reflection Effects, Kaleidoscope:

Scale Factor -11

Number of Petals 10

Radial Suction 50

Reflect checked

 

Change blend mode to Overlay

 

Effects, Edge, Effects, Enhance More

 

Repeat Edge Effects, Enhance More

 

Layers, New Raster Layer

 

Layers, Arrange, bring to top

 

Selections, Select All, Modify Contract 4

Selections, Invert

 

Floodfill with dark foreground color

 

Selections, Select None

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

 

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Uniform 35

 

Select Copy of Raster 3

 

Change so that your dark color is in background and light in foreground

 

Select Your Preset Shape Tool

I used preset shape Trinkets JL(Border Elements)-w

 

Starting at the top left of your timeline pull over and down til you have it the way you want

 

Objects, Align, Center in Canvas

 

Layers, convert to raster layer

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, same settings

 

Using your Magic Wand tool Click inside some of the boxes or all and add pieces of the tube in each one. Once you do this make sure you change the blend mode to soft light

 

Layers, merge, merge down the many times that you added so that they will all be one layer on the preset shape

 

Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds settings of

Width 8

Opacity 5

Color White

Horizontal Checked

Light from Left/top checked

 

Now add wordart, sayings, what ever you wish to the timeline

 

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
