I am using the PTU kit IB Elena Dudina April 2021 AOTM by Foxy's Designz.  You can find this kit at CDO

Open button onto your PSP

 

Select Background Layer

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move over toward the right side of the button

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 70%

 

You will have to move it around til it is going around the frame of the button

Move down and place behind the tubes hand and move over til you can see it. If you have an excess below the frame use your eraser to get rid of it
