 I am using the artwork of Misticheskaya.  The tube was a prepaid project. You can find Misticheskaya's tubes HERE

 

I am using the PTU Kit Steamwerks by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE. You will also receive an add on kit when you purchase the kit

Mura's Meister Copies, Encircle 

 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy SW F 6

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy SW P 29

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Move up some so that you can get some of the cogs inside of the frame

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Move to the top right of the frame. Move around til you have it the way you want. I moved mine so that the red cog is sorta on the top corner and over some. See my tag for placement
