I am using the PTU Kit Beach Days & Ocean Waves by Diamond Creations. You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Move to the right and move to place between the wave and white mist that you added that is about the paper. Move over and around til you can see how you want on the tag
