I am using the artwork of Nocturne.  I purchased this tube at PFD. She is selling at DAH now

 

I am using the PTU Kit Coral Cove by DiamondCreations. You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy CC Ele 88

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 85%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy CC PP 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy CC Ele 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 60

 

Move down to bottom of the frame and move to the left

 

Layers, duplicate

 

Image, Mirror

 

Layers, merge down

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move down to lay on the sand

 

Image, resize to fit the tag

Move to the left side of the tag placing behind the tube and on the sand. Move around til you have the tree the way you want

Move to the left and place in front of the bottom of the tree on the sand

Place on the left placing to the left of the flowers in front of the palm tree and move down some so that it is behind the coconuts

Move to the right of the frame some so you can see it peeking out beside the frame

Move to the left side of the tag. Placing down on the sand with it looking like some of the shell is under the tubes hand

Move to place in front of the tubes legs on the sand and against  the tube

Move to the right placing near the bottom right of the sand. Part of the star fish will be beneath the tubes leg

Place on the sand behind the log moving toward the right side of the tag some

Move to the right side of the frame. Move over toward the edge of the frame and down so the bottom will be behind the sand. Move it til you have it on your tag the way you want it

Move down so that you can see the boat and move toward the right.It will be behind the bubbles and coral

Move to the top of the frame to be hanging from the top
