I am using the artwork of LadyMishka.  The tube is included in the kit

I am using the PTU Kit Blue For You by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy BFY F 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

Selections, Modify, Expand by 15

Edit, copy BFY P 17

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 45% or what you want it resized

Move to the left of the frame

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move over some more so you can see a little of it by the side of the frame

Move to the bottom left of the frame. Part of the leaf of the element will be on top of the tubes left leg

Move to the bottom of the frame placing beside the element on the left. This one will be on top of the other element just a bit

Move down and place beneath the light blue flower to its left. Move around til you have it the way you want

Move down and place to the right and move below the flower you just added to your tag

Move so that the heart is above the flowers on the left and the rest of the ribbon is behind the tube

Move to the left side of your frame and move around til you have them placed the way you want. I placed mine on the frame so that flowers on inside and outside of the frame

Move down and place so some of it is behind the flower on the bottom right of the tag

Move to the right side of the frame and place along the frame making sure some of the stem is behind the heart

Move down to the bottom of the frame. The flowers can be seen on both sides of the flowers at the bottom of the frame

Move down your frame so you have it the way you want. I moved mine down til it was behind the heart on the right

Place on top of the light flower

Add your name to the tag
