I am using the artwork of Misticheskaya.  You need a license to use this tube. You can buy this tube at her store HERE

 

I am using the FTU kit Love Is In The Air by Diamond Creations 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Ele 70

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy PP 5

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Ele 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Move to the bottom left of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

Move to the top left of the frame

Move to the bottom left placing behind the tubes show and in front of the white flower

Move to place in front of the tubes legs. I moved it around til it looked to be right beside the tubes side while in front her her legs

Place to the right of the previous element and move behind it. The chocolate heart will be in front the tubes knees

Move to the bottom right of the frame. I placed so that it sorta looks like the tube is leaning on the package. It is right under her arm

Move down on the right to place behind the boxes that are there. It will look like it is sticking out
