This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own. It was written in PSP 9 but should be compatible with any version of PSP.

 

 

 

I am using the artwork of Goldwasser.  This tube is included in the kit

 

I am using the kit New Years Sparkle by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE 


 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy NYS F 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy NYS P 11

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Select Raster 2

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the top right of the frame.  I moved it til the H is close to the tube

Move to the left and place in front of the stem of the glass on the left. I placed is on the boa that is part of the element

Move to the left and place behind the element you just put there. I moved it around til I had it laying behind the previous element the way I wanted

Move to the bottom right of the frame. I moved til it was a little behind the tubes leg

Move to place in front of the bucket. Some will be behind the tubes leg

Move to the right and place behind the champagne bottle and in front of the bucket. Move around til you have it the way you want it on your tag

Move to the far right and place behind the bucket and move up some. Move around til you can see the element

Move to the bottom left of the frame. Move all the way down and around til you have it placed the way you want

Move to the left placing on the Happy New year that is laying at the bottom left of the tag

Move to the left side of the frame. I moved mine til the sparkles are coming past the frame at the top

Once at the bottom I moved around some til I got it the way I wanted

Move to the right some so you can see the sparkle

Move down til you have this above the sparkle that is in front of your paper. I moved to the right side and move down so that you could see it was like the ball that drops at NYE

Move down so that is below Raster 2

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
