I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey.  You need a license to use this tube. You can find this tube at CDO

 

I am using the PTU kit IB Keith Garvey 365-2  by Ladyhawwk Designs.  You can find this kit at CDO 

Open new image 700 x 700

 Edit, copy Frame 1

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 5

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 75%

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, Clear

 

Selections, Select none

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the left side of the frame

 

Effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Ele 4

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move to the left side of the tube and make it look like the tube is sitting on the blue barrel

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Ele 11

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move to the left placing behind the barrels and move up some so that you can see the lights

Resize 85%

 

Move to place behind the tube and near the barrels. The gas pump will be seen . It will just be close to the tube

Place behind the tubes knee and place in front of the gas pump

Place behind the gas pump and move over toward the right.  You move it over as much as you want on the tag

Move to the bottom right of the frame

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Move to place in front of the tire and on the left side of the red chest

Image, rotate, free rotate, left 90

 

Move to place behind the clock and in front of the red chest

Move to the right side of the frame and place to look like it is hanging from the right corner. I moved it so that it will be behind the flag of the tube

Move to place behind the tubes feet and in front of the gas can. I made it look like the tubes foot is on the box
