I am using the artwork of Verymany.   You need a license to use this tube. You can find this at Verymany Tubes HERE

I am using the kit Joyful Spring Gathering by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Grass 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

Move to the bottom of the frame

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Grass 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left side of the frame. Move over so you will see a bit of the grass beside the grass at the bottom of the frame

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Grass 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move down to the bottom of the frame placing behind all the other grasses

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize to fit your tag

Move down and make it look like she is sitting on top of the first grass you put on your tag

Move to the left side of the frame behind the first grass and in front of the other grass

Move to the top left placing behind the branches of the tree. I moved I around so that it looked like the sun is right behind the tree branches

Move to the left placing behind the first grass as the bottom of the frame and place in front of the tree

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Move down til you can see the trees in the background

Selections, Invert

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move to the left side of the frame and pull toward the left so you can see some of it beside the frame

Move toward the top of the right side of the frame

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Fence

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left side of the frame and move down some so you can see the top of the fence

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the left. Place in front of the tubes dress and in front of the wheel. It will be on dress and grass

Move to place in front of the tube. Place on dress and move so one of its ears will be in front of the basket that the tube is holding

Move to the right side of the frame and place in between the grasses on the right

Move to the right side of the tag and place behind the basket. I moved the flowers down some but you will still be able to see them above and behind the basket

Move to the right and place on the grass in front of the basket of eggs

Move below the frame and place above the scene that you placed above your paper behind your frame

Move toward the right side of the tag. It will be between the tube and flowers. Make sure you move it around til you can see the gazebo the way you want to see it

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 30%

Move to the left side of the tag and place on the second fence post

Move to the right and place on the yellow egg in front of the basket

Select Raster 2

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 10

Move around til you have it placed at the top of the frame the way you wish

Layers, Duplicate

Layers, merge, merge down

Edit, copy Flower 17

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Move to the far left placing behind the wheel and in front of the fence. I placed it in front of the first fence post

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 10%

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

Move to place in front of the sheep on the grass

Edit, copy Wordart

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 40%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the top right of the frame

I changed the color of the wordart by going to Adjust, color balance, manual color correction. Source the color of the wordart target white

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
