I am using the kit Cherished Friends by  WickedPrincess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Frame 1

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 8

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Blanket

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 95%

 

Move to the bottom of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Place on the blanket

Place in front of the tubes feet on the blanket

Move to the right side of the tag. Making sure it is behind the tube and on the blanket. It will look like the tube is leaning on the box with its elbow

Move to the left side of the frame placing on the left side, behind the tubes knee and on the blanket

Move to the left placing behind the previous treat. Move so that you can see the heart behind and beside the element

Move to the right and place behind the tubes knee and in front of the box, moving around til you can see the numbers good on the calendar

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Place to the right of the phone on the blanket. It will be in front of the tubes knee

Move to the left placing in front of the treats that you have there. It will be on the blanket

Move to the left placing beside the tubes foot and under her leg some

Move to the left side of the frame and move up so that it is almost near the top of the frame on that side. Keep moving around til you have it placed the way you want. I made sure the sticks are hidden behind the treat jar

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down and over some once you get it to the bottom. Mine is behind the box and calendar but moved over so you can see quite a bit of the element

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Place to the left of the phone. The  back paws will be in front of the shoe on the left and it will be near the bottom edge of the blanket

Move to the left of the tag placing to the left of the treat with the straw

Move to the left placing behind the unicorn and in front of the cupcake that is there

Move to the far right side of the blanket and place behind the bear

Move to the far right side of the frame placing behind the candy bucket and move around til you have it placed the way you want
