I am using the artwork of Alehandra_Vanhek.  You need a license to use this tube. This tube can be found at PFD. It was an exclusive tube from 2022

 

I am using the kit Smooochez by Manipulatedby Magik. You can buy this kit only by going HERE 

 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy S F 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy S P 13

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

I moved the paper down some so that you can see the hanging hearts on the paper

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

Select Raster 2

Move to the left behind the cupcake and move over so that you will see part of the bucket with the bottle in it

Move to the left and move up so that you can see some of the vase and the heart that says be mine on it. I didn't move it all the way up

Move to left placing in front of the heart candy that is at the bottom left of the frame

I did Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correction. I changed the source to the red of the word art and changed the target to white

Move to the right side of the tag. I placed it to look like it is hanging from the top right of the frame

Move to the bottom right of the tag placing on the box and over toward the right

Move to the the right side of the frame. Move down so that it is behind the box but most of it is above the box so you can see the saying

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
