I am using the artwork of Verymany.  You need a license to use this tube. You can purchase this tube at their store HERE

 

 

I am using the kit Steampunk Heart by Manipulated by Magik. You can buy this kit only by going HERE 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy SH F 4

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy MAR B 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 50%

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy SH E 53

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 85%

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Edit, copy SH E 64

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 90%

 

It will be above the mesh that you just placed

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

Move to the bottom right of the frame

Move to the right side of the frame. Moving around and over til you can see the bottom of the element below the previous element

Move to the bottom left of the tag. It will be behind the tube some too

Move to the left placing atop the previous element

Move to the bottom left and place atop the previous element. I am stacking this up so that you will keep centering them basically

Move down to the bottom left of the frame. Move atop the previous element

Move around, down and over. I place the top of the element in the top left corner of the frame

Move to the right side of the tag. Placing on the clock on the right side. Move around til you have it the way you want on your tag

Move to the bottom left of the frame placing behind the tubes knee and in front of the steampunk elements

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Move to the right side of the tube. It will be beside the tubes foot

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
