I am using the artwork of Katharine.   You need a license to use this tube. You can find this at Verymany Artists

I am using the kit Midnight Magic by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

Image, resize 85%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 60%

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select none

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Grass 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 75%

Move to the left side and line up the side of the grass with the side of the frame

Layers, duplicate

Image, Mirror

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Tree 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move toward the left side of the frame. Move around and over til you have it placed how you wish on your tag

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize to fit your tag

Edit, copy Moon

Move to the top left and place behind the tree. I moved mine around til I had the moon a little bit centered behind the leaves of the tree

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 45%

Move to the left side of the frame and place behind the tube and on the grass. Some of the grass from the tombstone will be seen on the left side of the tag

Move to the right side of the tag placing on the grass and behind the tubes leg

Move to the left placing in front of the tree. Move over so some of the bats will be on the tree and moon but one or two will be beside the three

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move down to place in front of the tube tube to cover up the cut off legs

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Place in front of the tube between the pot and rock

Move to the right and sit on the top right side of the pot

Move to the left side of the tag and place on the left side of the cross of the tombstone

Move to left and place on a tree branch

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Tree 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move behind the tube so you can see tree behind and to the right

Edit, copy Pumpkin 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 25%

Move to the left side of the tag placing in front of the tombstone and some of the stone

Edit, copy Mushroom

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Move to the left placing on the left side of the tombstone. It will be under the claws of the bird  and behind the pumpkin some

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Cloud

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move down and over some. It will look to be behind the tube and trees and moon

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
