The Girl tube that I used in this tutorial is part of the wonderful kit. If you do not use outside tubes you are to credit Wicked Princess Scraps.

I am using the PTU Kit Party Time by Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at her store HERE. She made this kit to celebrate the one year anniversary of her store being open 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 80%

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Frame 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 87%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Girl

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 70%

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Grass 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the bottom of the frame. Move down til the tube looks to be standing on the grass

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the bottom of the frame behind the grass 2 element. Move around til you have it showing

Move to the right side of the frame

Image, resize 70%

Edit, copy Balloon

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left and make it look like the girl is holding the balloon in her hand

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right and place between the two grasses. You will probably just see two of the flowers if you move it down like I did

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the top of the frame. Move to the left side of the tree. Move so you can see some of the sun

Move to the left side of the frame placing between the grasses

Move in front of the girls legs

Move behind the girls legs and in between the grasses

Move behind the Girls legs and move to the right. Placing on the grass that the girl is standing on

Placing on the grass the girl is standing on

Move to the left placing behind the Girls leg

Edit, copy Crown

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 30%

Place on the hair of the Girl so she looks to be wearing the crown

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
