I am using the artwork of Colourbelle. You need a license to use this tube.  You can purchase this tube at CDO

I am using the PTU kit IB Colourbelle April 2021bt  by Ladyhawwk Designs.  You can find this kit at CDO 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select none

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 75%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Ele 15

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right side of the frame

Move to the bottom of the frame

Image, resize 90%

Move til you can see fence on each side of the frame

Move to the right side of the frame. Moving around til you can see the tree above the well some

Move the mirrored element back to the left placing to the left of the original flower element

Move behind the tube but in front of the well

Image, resize 50%

Move to the right side of the frame and place in front on the right side of the well behind the sign

Move to the right placing in front of the well but behind the tube and sign on the left side of the well. It will be a little behind the flower on the right

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move up and over to the left side of the tree. Move so it is behind the tree and well some. See my tag for placement

Move to the left placing in front of the flowers and tube. It will be in front of the tube a little bit

Move to the left side of the tag placing behind the bunny and in front of the flowers. Placing in the middle of the flowers

Move to the right and place on the well where the bucket is hanging from
