I am using the artwork of Lix. You need a license to use this tube.  You can purchase this tube at CDO

I am using the PTU kit IB Lix May 2021bt  by Foxy's Designz.  You can find this kit at CDO 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 6

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select none

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 65%

The cut off tube I am using, I lined the bottom of the cut off with the bottom top of the frame. I will be covering that up so you can't see the cut off part of the tube

Move to the bottom left of the frame

Image, resize 40%

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

Move to the left side of the frame

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

You don't want the whole doodle to show just part. See my tag for placement

Edit, copy Element 6

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 35%

Move to the left placing behind the blue flower. Move around til you have it placed the way you want

Move around til you have the ribbon showing how you want on your tag

Move to the top left corner for the frame

Move to the left and place it over the left side of the pin to look to be hanging down form the pin

Move to the right side of the frame and move down toward the middle of the frame

Move around so the sparkle is seen good around the frame

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
