I am using the artwork of Maryline Cazenave.  You need a license to use this tube. You can purchase this tube at CDO

I am using the PTU Kit IB Maryline Cazenave 82-3 by Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at CDO 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 5

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 80%

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Sand

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Image, resize 90%

Place behind the tube and move down so it looks like the tube is sitting on the sand

Edit, copy Tree

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 65%

Image, mirror

Move to the left side of the frame. It will be on the sand but behind the tube

Edit, copy Sandcastle

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, Mirror

Move to the left placing in front of the tree

Image, resize 50%

Edit, copy Shovel

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left placing in front of the sandcastle. See my tag for placement

Image, resize 30%

Edit, copy Ball

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right behind the tube but on the sand. I moved it all the way over to the bottom right of the frame

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right and place behind the ball. Move around but make sure that you can see what the sign says

Edit, copy Flamingo

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, Mirror

Image, resize 40%

Move over toward the left of the frame. It will be to the left of the tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 40%

Move to the right placing in front of the sign but behind the beach ball

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, copy Flip Flops

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 30%

Move to the right and placing on the sand and against the tube

Edit, copy Shell

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Move to the left placing in front of the tube some but make sure it is on the sand

Edit, copy Shell 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Move to the right placing part of the shell behind the flip flop on the left but make sure you can still see it and see it is on the sand

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
