I am using the PTU Kit Devilish Desires by Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

Image, resize 80%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 9

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 80%

Move down a little

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize to fit your tag

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Flower 16

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Image, resize 50%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Place at the bottom of the cut off legs of the tube..I do not like that showing on a tube so I always find an element to cover them with

Edit, copy Plant

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the left side of the frame

Edit, copy Flower 23

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the bottom right of the frame

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Plant 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, Mirror

Move to the right placing behind the heart flower and moving around til you have it the way you want it to show

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 50%

Edit, copy Castle 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left side of the frame. Make sure the bottom of the castle will line up and not go below the frame

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the left placing in front of the plant

Edit, copy Dragon

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left placing in front of the castle. It will be behind the plant some so you can see the fire coming from the dragons mouth

Edit, copy Gravestone

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right side of the frame. Move it around til you have it fixed the way you want

Move to the right and place on the top of the gravestone

Move to right placing in front of the gravestone

Edit, copy Rocks

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left and place on the rocks of the castle. Move below raster 2 so that it looks to be sitting on the rocks of the castle and looks like the dragon has sat them on fire

Edit, copy Torch

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the right side of the frame

Edit, copy Bunny

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the right side of the tube and place so it is between the flowers and heart flower

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
