Open a new image 200 x 500

Pick a dark color for your foreground and light color for background

Floodfill your image with the light color

Click the middle button on your foreground color

Select the tab that says Pattern at the top. The settings are below that I used


Floodfill your layer with the pattern

Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay

Change your background back to color so you will now see your dark color you picked

Layers, new raster layer

Floodfill with your light background color

Change the blend mode of this layer to soft light

Layers, new raster layer

Selections, Select All, Modify, Contract 5

Selections, Invert

Floodfill with your dark foreground color

Selections, Select None

Apply the following drop shadow

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Repeat the Drop Shadow but change the Horizontal number
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Image, canvas size 700 x 700 middle button checked, settings below



Select Raster 4

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move around til you have the tube the way you want it to be in the rectangle

Image, resize to fit the tag. I resized 60%

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, copy merged

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 20

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move up and over a little so that the corners line up and you can’t see anything at the bottom of the original

Layers, Duplicate

Image, Mirror

On the bottom right layer

Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds settings of:



Repeat on the left side

Layers, New raster Layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Floodfill with your dark color

Layers, Load/save mask, load mask from disk, settings:

Fit To Canvas
Invert Transparency NOT Checked
Hide All Mask

Layers, Merge, merge Group

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
