I am using the artwork of Anna Liwanag. You need a license to use this tube. You can buy the tube at CDO


I am using the PTU kit Ice Cream Birthday Cake by Ladyhawwk Designs. You can find this kit at CDO







Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select none

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 50
Blur: 6
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize to fit your tag

Move to the right side of the tube. Place to looking like the tube has the balloons in her hand

Move to the left side of the frame and move around til you are satisfied with how the cake tube is. I moved mine til some of it is below the back of the tubes dress

Move to the right side of the frame. I moved mine so part is behind the tube and the part is to the side of the frame some

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move down to the bottom of the frame so that you can cover the cut off legs of the tube

Move behind the tube on the right side placing in front of the other gift. I moved the gift behind the back of the tubes dress some. Than I moved the other gift up just a little

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the right and place in front of a little and over on the exclamation point in the wordart

Move to the left side of the tag placing in front of the cake on the left side. Move down some the bottom part of the cup will look like it is on the C in the wordart

Move to the left placing behind the tube just a bit but most of it in front of the cake

Move to the left placing on the left side of the cake and behind the cup of ice cream. Move up so that you can see it beside the cake

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
