I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey. You need a license to use his tubes. You can purchase this tube at his store found HERE

I am using the FTU kit Snow Cute by Amy(Gimptastic Scraps). 

Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, Copy Fence

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical and Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Icicles

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move up til it is touching the top of the fence. See my tag for placement

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Snowy Ground

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move til it is at the bottom of the fence. See my tag for placement

Edit, copy Tree

I kept duplicating mine and placing them where I wished on the tag. You can do the same. I duplicated mine 4 times and ended up with 5 snowflakes on the tag
