His Toy PTU Tutorial

This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own. It was written in PSP 9 but should be compatible with any version of PSP.


I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey You need a license to use his tubes. You can buy this tube at his store found HERE

Open template

Duplicate and close original

Delete Raster 1 and background

Image, resize to 600 x 600

Image, canvas size 650 x 650

Select 1

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. You will have to move it a little to the right so it will cover all the star

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, settings of:
Vertical and Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Delete  1

Select  2

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. Move over to the left a bit so it covers the whole star

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Delete 2

Select 3

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 15

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Selections, invert

Edit, Clear

Change the blend mode of this layer to Luminance Legacy

Edit, copy Kitten

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move and place in front of the tube. See my tag for placement

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move over to the right. 

Layers, Arrange, send to bottom

Edit, copy Tickle Whip

Move down to the bottom of the template and move over to the right. See my tag for placement

Move down til the boots are behind the tube and moved to the right. See my tag for placement

Move to the top left of the template. See my tag for placement

Edit, copy Card 1

Image, rotate, free rotate, left, 10

Move til it is above Raster 4. See my tag for placement

Move to the left and down. Place it on the case. See my tag for placement

Move up to the left and place below the whip. See my tag for placement

Move to the left and down below the tassel whip and cuffs.. See my tag for placement
