Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy SB F 4

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 85%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy SB P 5

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

Move the tube toward the left side of the tag

Move toward the left side of the frame making sure some of the grass is beyond the frame
