I am using the artwork of Misticheskaya.  You need a license to use this tube. I bought this tube at here store HERE

 

I am using the FTU Enchanted Fairy by Diamond Creations 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Ele 60

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy PP 13

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Ele 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down so the bottom of it is just about even with the bottom of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Move so the tube is leaning against the tree stump

Select Raster 3

 

Edit, copy Ele 22

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

 

Image, resize 60%

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 90%

 

Move to the bottom of the frame and move down some so looks like the tube is sitting on the flowers

Move to the right side of the frame placing in front of the stump and behind the tube

Move to the left side of the frame.  I placed on the left of the frame. I also moved it up one to place on the flowers that are behind the tubes legs

Layers, arrange, bring to top. Place in front of the tubes legs. The tube I used has a lantern in front of the tube and I placed the package on the left side of that

Move to the left of the package than move behind the package. Part of the cake will be showing to the left of the package

Place in front of the gift and to the left some

Move to the right placing between the mushroom and tree stump. Moving up so that you can see the lights

Move to place at the left side of the frame placing behind the violin

Add your name to the tag
