I am using the artwork of Eenniizzie.  This tube is included in the kit

 

I am using the PTU Kit Felicity by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE 

 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Felicity F 10

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Felicity P 34

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 80% x 2

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Felicity E 120

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move down to the bottom of the frame. Move over toward the left making sure it is against the edge of the frame

Move to the right of the tube and move below the tube placing on the grass. Part of the barrel will be behind the tube

Move so it is in front of the barrel and in front of the tube on the right side. We are building in front of the tube so we can cover the cut off legs. Move down some so some of the element will be below the frame
