I am using the artwork of Misticheskaya.  You need a license to use this tube. I bought this tube at her store HERE

 

I am using the PTU Kit Sugared Pumpkin by Diamond Creations. You can find this kit at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy SP Ele 89

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

 

Image, resize 65%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Layers, arrange, send to bottom
