I am using the artwork of Anna Liwanag.  You need a license to use this tube. I bought this tube at CDO that is now closed. As of the time of writing this tutorial Anna Liwanag has said that we don't have to link to a site. When she has one I will update the tag.

 

I am using the kit Beach Hair Don't Care by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy BHDC F 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 80% two times

 

Move down some so you can see some of the trees as well as the sand

 

Selections, Invert
