I am using the FTU kit Espresso Tales by DiamondCreations.

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Ele36

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy pp10

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Edit, copy Ele21

 

Edit,paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Move around til you have it placed the way you wish behind the tube

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image resize to fit your tag. Move to post in the middle

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, same settings

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Ele39

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 40%

 

Move to the bottom left of the frame. Move over so that part of this element is past the left side of the frame

Move to the right side of the frame. Move to place so part of the tube is behind the tube on the right side. Moving down to the books are on the bottom of the frame

Move to the bottom right of the frame.

 

The smaller candle will be outside of the frame on the right

Move to the right placing in front of the books on the right. It will be in front of the books and next to the candle

Move to place behind the tubes hip on the right. This will place it in front of the books and to the left of the white candle

Move down and over so that you will see nine coffee beans on the side of the frame

Move to the left and place behind the tubes leg and in front of the coffee tube. It will cover the cupcake.

Move to the bottom right of the frame. I moved down and over some so that you can see the words Coffee Addict

Move to the top right of the frame. Place the word on the frame

Move down and to the left of the frame some

Layers, Duplicate

 

Image, Mirror

 

Image, Flip

 

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
