I am using the kit She Walks In Beauty  by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Frame 16

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 7

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, Clear

 

Selections, Select none

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Leaf 13

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, Flip

 

Image, resize 38%

 

Place on the bottom part of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

I move over toward the left a bit so that it will be in the middle of the tag

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

 

Image, resize 45%

 

Place behind the leaves and in front of the tube and move down to the bottom of your frame. I placed so that you can see the garland near the bottom of the dress of the tube

Edit, copy Bench

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Move down behind the tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the left side side of the frame

Edit, copy Lamp 1

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 50%

 

Move to the right side of the bench placing it behind the arm rest of the bench

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Image, resize 10%

 

Move to place on a branch of the tree

Edit, copy Umbrella

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

 

Place on the right side of the tag so that is looks to be caught in the leaves. It will be in front of the bench

Move down toward the bottom of the frame. It will look like leaves swirling behind the bench

Move to place in front of the bench legs on the left. It will look to be behind the other pumpkin but I have it placed in front of the bench leg and behind the tube

Move to place on the right side of the bench. It will be behind the umbrella handle

Move to the left placing in front of the tree and behind the pumpkin

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

 

Move to the right and place down some so the tree is somewhat below the lantern. I made it look like a big bush

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
