I am using the artwork of Maryline Cazenave.  You need a license to use this tube. You can find this tube at CDO

I am using the PTU kit IB Maryline Cazenave 134-1 by Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at CDO 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Rug

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 75%

Move down on your new image to where you want it

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to place on the rug. Some of the ornaments and ribbon will go past the rug

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, copy Tree

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left side of the tag. Placing on the rug and behind the tube

Move to the left placing in front of the tree on the rug and behind the tube some

Move to the left placing on the left side of the tree

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move behind the tube and in front of the tree on the right side of the tree. You will be able to see one of Santa's feet behind the tubes ear

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move behind Santa, but make sure the bag will be on the rug and move toward the right side of the tag

Move to the right and place in front of the bag

Move to the left side of the tag placing in front of the presents

Edit, copy Airplane

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right and place on the bag at the top. It will be beside Santa's name

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left placing in front of the tree and behind the tubes ornaments

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
