I am using the artwork of Verymany.  You need a license to use this tube. You can find this tube at Verymany store

 

I am using the kit Sunshine & Flowers  by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Frame 9

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, rotate, free rotate, left 90

 

Image, resize 70%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 10

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Move to the middle of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Edit, copy Flower 4

 

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

 

Move down and place on the right side of the tubes dress at the bottom of the frame. We are going to start covering up the cut off dress of the tube

Move to the left side of the previous element

 

Move behind and over just a bit

Move to the left and behind the white flower

Move to the right side of the frame. I placed it behind the flower and in front of the tubes dress but pulled over some on the right

Move to the bottom left side of the frame

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 20%

 

Move to the left placing in front of the lamp! Some of the petals will be behind the flowers on the right of the lamp

Move to the right..I moved mine behind the box and up some so that you can see the flowers

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move down and place in front of the flowers. Keep moving around til you have it where you want

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move to the left side of the frame so you can see some of the wreath on the left

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Clock

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

 

Place in the upper right corner of the tag

Move to place in front of the tube and behind the flower on the left. Move down and around behind it til you have it placed how you want it to look on your tag

Place behind the previous element and move to the left

Move over toward the right. It will be on the opposite side of the pink flower

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the left side of the tube and move over and around til you have it placed the way you want it to appear

Edit, copy Deco 6

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the left so the rose is on the left top edge of the frame

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
