I am using the artwork of Verymany. You need a license to use this tube.  This tube can be purchased at their store HERE

I am using the PTU kit Autumn Splendor by  Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 75%

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 10

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Image, resize to fit your tag

Move over toward the left some. I moved over so it looked like she was leaning on the top of the frame. The cut off legs will be on the bottom edge of the frame it is on

Move down to cover the cut off legs of the tube. I don't like to leave them showing!

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the bottom of the frame behind the tubes legs moving down a little til some is under the dog as well

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, Mirror

Image, resize 50%

Move to the right side of the frame. Moving so you can see the bow at the bottom of the cluster behind the previous cluster that is below it

Edit, copy Tree 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

Move to the left side of the frame. Move around til you have the tree placed how you like

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Image Mirror

Move to the right side of the tube. Moving down so that you can see the flowers and pumpkins on the top

Move to the top of the frame between the tree and tube. Move some of the sun down so it will be behind the frame

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move to place behind the tubes leg on the left so that it will be on top of the cluster and behind the dog as well

Move to the right side of the tag placing til you like how the flowers are showing

Move to the right side of the frame. Placing behind the bunny so that it shows above the bunny cluster

Move to place on the left side of the top right frame. Make it look like it is hanging from the edge of the frame

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to sit on the sign

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down til the lamp is in front of the sign some. Move around til you have it placed how you want it to look on your tag

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right placing on the stand part of the light. Mover over some so that you can see the flowers

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 30%

Move to the right and place on the flowers of the bottom cluster

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 40%

Move to the left placing behind the other pumpkin and move toward the left

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 30%

Move to the left and place on a  tree branch

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
