I am using the PTU Kit Relaxing In The Sun by Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at here store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 9

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 70%

Move down and over so that you can see the starfish

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move over to the right side of the frame

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Sand

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the bottom of the frame and pull down some so you can see it beneath the other 2 sands

Edit, copy Tree 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the right side of tag placing on the top sand and behind the tube

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Sun

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 30%

Move to the right placing behind the tree

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Raster 3

Edit, copy Boat

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 25%

Move to place on the water that is in the paper. I just moved my boat to the middle of the water

Move behind the tube and move to the left side behind the tube and in front of the sand

Move to place on the tree branches

Edit, copy Castle

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left side of the frame placing on the sand

Edit, copy Rock

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Place behind the castle on the sand and move up so it is under the castle on the sand there and looks to be on the sand of the paper behind the frame

Move to the left placing in front of the castle on the far side

Move to the left side of the frame placing behind the castle

Edit, copy Bag T2

Move to the right side of the tube placing behind the tube

Edit, copy Book

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right placing behind the tube and in front of the bag

Edit, copy Dolphin

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move so that it is below the frame and looks to be jumping over the boat that is on layer 3

Select Raster 3

Edit, copy Crab

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 10%

Place on the sand part of the paper

Edit, copy Shell 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 15%

Place on the sand in front of the tube. I placed it near the tubes foot on the left

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Place on the sand in front of the castle

Edit, copy Dog

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Place between the starfish and shell. It will be above them slightly

Edit, copy Flamingo

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left placing to look like it is on the Beach sign some

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
