I am using the artwork of Katharine.  You need a license to use this tube. You can purchase this tube at Verymany Artists HERE

 

I am using the PTU Kit Steampunk Seductress by Wicked Princess Scraps.  This kit is sold at here store HERE 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy Frame 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 75%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy Paper 9

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

 

Edit, copy Clock 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

 

Image, resize 40%

 

Move to the top left of the frame

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

 

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize to fit your tag

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Hat 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move to the right placing behind the tubes legs and moving down. See my tag for placement

Edit, copy Gear 12

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

Move to the right side of the frame

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

I moved it around til I had the gears showing the way I wanted them to

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Gear 9

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 50%

 

Move to the right. Move down behind the hat and over so that the furthest gear will be on the gears already there

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

 

Edit, copy Google 4

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

Move to the right placing on the hat. I placed them in the middle of the hat

Edit, copy Glove

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 20%

 

Image, Mirror

 

Move to the right placing on the edge of the hat

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Gear 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 25%

 

Move to the right side of the frame placing it in the middle of the frame on the right side

Select Raster 2

 

Edit, copy Gear 5

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

 

Move to the bottom left side of the frame. It will be behind the tubes legs

Edit, copy Gear 8

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 45%

 

Move to the top left placing behind the element there

Edit, copy Sign 2

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 30%

 

Move to the left and move behind the tube and over some. I move it up and around to make it look like it is connected to the other gears above and in front of it

Edit, copy Cluster

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 60%

 

Move to the right side of the tube. Move around til you have it how you want. Part of it will be behind gears at the bottom.

Edit, copy Dog

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 50%

 

Layers, arrange, bring to top

 

Move to place in front of the tube. I moved over so the dog looks to be next to the tubes hand

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

 

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
