I am using the PTU Kit Cowgirls Country by Wicked Princess Scraps. This kit is sold at her store HERE 

Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 5

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate left 90

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 43

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 60%

Move over and down some. I did til the tree root was touching the bottom of the frame

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize to fit your tag

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Raster 2

Edit, copy Fence 2

Edit, paste, paste as  new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the left side of the frame. Move over so one of the slats of the fence is on the outside of the frame

Layers, Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Edit, copy Trees

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the left side of the frame. Placing in front of the fence

Edit, copy Stump

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the left side in front of the tree

Edit, copy Pumpkin 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left side placing in front of the stumps

Edit, copy Dog

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize 50%

Move to place in front of the tube so you can cover the cut off legs

Edit, copy Horse

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move behind the fence and tube. Move over so you can see the head of the horse

Move to the left placing behind the pumpkins and in front of the stump

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right side of the tag in front of the fence

Image, resize 60%

Move to the left side of the cluster you just put on the right

Image, resize 50%

Move so it is beside the cluster and in front of it some. See my tag for placement

Move to the left placing in front of the stump and behind the cysters

Move to the right placing in front of the cluster

Edit, copy Flower 8

Move to place in front of the sack with the sunflower

Select raster 2

Edit, copy Windmill

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the right side of the frame. Move around til you have it the way you want it to show on your tag

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
