I am using the artwork of Anna Liwanag.  You need a license to use this tube. You can buy this tube at CDO

I am using the PTU Kit IB Anna Liwanag 87-2 by Schnegge’s Scraps. This kit is sold at CDO

Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move up a little but not much

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Element 04

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the right and place behind the tube and rock

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, Copy Element 09

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Image, Mirror

Move to place on the left side of the tag behind the tube and rock

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the left placing on the edge of the rock

Move to the right side of the tube placing in front of the tube and over some

Move below the pot to look like the tubes feet is resting on the flower

Move to the left and place in front of the light pole and behind the tube. Move down some

Move back and place the duplicate in front of the flower

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 20%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to place between the two yellow flowers

Move to the right and place at the top of the flower bush. See my tag for placement
