I am using the PTU kit Tiki Island Elements by Crystals Creations. You can buy the kit at Whisprd Designz





Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, Copy ee21

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy pp8

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert
