Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, copy Downed Wires

Image, resize 85%

Move to the far right and up some  of the new image

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : -3
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 10
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Layers, Duplicate

Select the blood droppings on the right of the fence

Move to the right and place at the bottom of the fence

Move the left and place at the top of the ribs on the dumpster

Move toward the top of the tag

Layers, arrange, send to bottom. See my placement

Move to the left and place in front of the dumpster. Keep moving down til you have the organs behind all the bones. See my tag for placement
