I am using the artwork of Alehandra Vanhek. You need a license to use these tubes. This tube was an exclusive at PFD

I am using the PTU kit Bright New Year by Gimptastic Scraps . This kit is exclusive to The PSP Project 


Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, Copy Frame 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Edit, copy Scatter

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Edit, Clear

Selections Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : -3
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 10
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, Copy Background

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Image, resize 85%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, Copy Deco 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, move up to above Raster 3

Image, resize 80%

Move to the to of the frame and move around til you have it where you want it

Move to the left  side of the frame. Move down so it is below the clock and behind the tube some

Move to the right and move behind the stars and over to the left some. See my tag for placement

Move to the right of Balloon 1. Place it on the balloon. See my tag for placement

Move to the right and place near the middle of the stars. See my tag for placement

Move to the right and place with the tops of the horn and blower touching

Move to the right and move down to the bottom of the frame beneath the horn
