Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 3

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Use your eraser tool to erase the extra frame. I am doing this since the tube is cute off and I don't like to show the cut off part of the tubes in my tags
