This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own. It was written in PSP 9 but should be compatible with any version of PSP.

I am using the artwork of Arthur Crowe. You need a license to use his tubes. You can purchase his tubes at his store found HERE

I am using the PTU kit Toxic Fabulous by Tasha's Playground. You can find where to purchase the kit HERE

Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, Copy Frame 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 10

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Edit, Copy Sparkles

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move down til you have it placed the way you like

Edit, Clear

Edit, copy cityscape 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left and leave some of the first building outside of the frame

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Layers, Duplcate

Image, Mirror

Move the duplicate over so the buildings overlap. See my tag for placement

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : -3
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 10
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Street Sign 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move over to the right. Place on the edge of the frame. See my tag for placement

Image, resize 80%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Traffic Light

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the right and place in front of the street sign. Line them up so they look to be together

Edit, copy Stone Path

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move down til the path is showing in front of the frame and you can see some behind the frame. See my tag for placement

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Place in front of the street sign and light

Move down below the car

Move over to the left. See my tag for placement

Move over to the left and place to the left of the barrier some

Move to the left and place in front of the barrel and to the left some

Move til they are on the path. You can see some of them but not a lot

Pull up toward the top

Image, rotate, free rotate, 40, right

Layers, duplicate

Image, Mirror

Edit, Copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Image, resize to fit the tag. I resize 65%

I am using a tube that the legs are cut off so I moved her down til she is behind the car. See my tag for placement

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
