Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 80%

With your magic wand click inside frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 1

Layers, arrange, move down

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Edit, copy Sparkles

Edit, Paste, paste as new layer

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 85%

Layers, Duplicate

Bring to top

Use your eraser to get rid of the excess frame from around the tube

Edit, copy rose deco

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Move to the bottom of the frame. See my tag for placement
