I am using the artwork of Zlata_M. I am using the free gift they gave to us
in March if we had purchased three or more tubes. You need a license to use her
tubes. You can purchase the tube at Pics for Design

I am using Template174 by Smooochez Kreationz. It can be found HERE

I am using the PTU kit called Mobsters1 by Purple's Tutorials that you can purchase at Scraps And The City




Open Template174

Image resize making sure resize all layers is checked. Resize to 600 in width

Image, canvas size, 650 x 650, middle placement checked

Delete the top layer

Delete the background layer

Select Rounded Rectangle in the layer palette

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Open up Paper 18

Edit, copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, settings of:

Vertical and Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 50
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Delete rounded rectangle layer

Select Thin Rounded Rectangle 2 in the layer palette

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Open Paper 14

Edit, Copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Selections, invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow same settings

Delete Thin Rounded Rectangle 2

Select Thin Rounded Rectangle 1 in the layer palette

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Open Paper 15

Edit, Copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Edit, clear

Delete Thin Rounded Rectangle 1

Select Circle in the layers palette

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Open Paper 8

Delete Circle

Select Rounded Square in layer Palette

Select Dotted Rounded Square

Select the tubes the way you want them and merge visible making sure you close off the background and all layers that you are not going to use..Highlight a layer you are keeping and merge visible

Move to the right of your template and place as you wish. See my tag for placement

Open the Limo element

Image, Mirror

Move below the tube layer and move to the bottom. See my tag for placement

Move to the top left along the top of the rounded square

Rotate, Free Rotate, Left 45, nothing checked

Image resize 80%

Select Bullets Element

Edit, Copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Place above dotted rounded square in the template

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow same settings

Select the Money Element

Edit, Copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move up and make sure it is placed below the gun

Layers, duplicate

Move down and over a bit. See my tag for placement

Open dice element

Resize by 80%

Edit, copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the upper right corner of the rounded square in the template. See my tag for placement

Open the diamond element

Resize 80%

Edit, copy

Edit, paste, paste as new image

Place above the limo and to the left. See my tag for placement

Open Glitterstars element

Move up to the top left of your tag

Layers, arrange, send to bottom. See my tag for placement

Layers, arrange, send to bottom if it isn't already there

Open Hat Element

Resize 50%

Edit, Copy

Layers, arrange bring to top

Move to the left of the tag. See my tag for placement

Open the glasses element

Resize 50%

Edit, Copy, Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move above the diamond

Rotate, free rotate, left 25

Now you can add more elements if you wish

Save as PNG file
