Happy Halloween Tut
SUPPLIES
I am using PSP 9 but you should be able to do this tut in any version of PSP
I used a tube by Elias Chatzoudis, you must have a
license to use this artist. Tubes can be bought at PSP Tubes Emporium. You can now purchase his tubes at CDO

Trick or Treat Scrap Kit by Vaybs Found HERE
Template 15 by Denz Designz Found HERE
Open templateResize to 650 x 650
Delete Denz Designz layer
Duplicate and close original
In your layer palette select the rectangle back layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, InvertSelections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40Blur: 4
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
Delete the original layer
In your layer palette select the Rectangle Frame Layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper(10)
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, InvertSelections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40
Blur: 4
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
Delete the original layer
In your layer palette select the Diamond Circle layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper(9)
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, Invert Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40
Blur: 4
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
Delete the original layer
In your layer palette select the Halloween Wordart layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper(10)
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, Invert, Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40
Blur: 4
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
Delete the original layer
In your layer palette select the Small Circle 1 layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper(2)
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, Invert Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40
Blur: 4

Delete the original layer
In your layer palette select the Small Circle 2 layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Select the paper called DBV_TrickorTreat_Paper(7)
Edit, copy
Edit, paste, paste as new layer
Selections, Invert Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40

Delete the original layer
Select DBV_TrickorTreat_element(50)
Edit, copy DBV_TrickorTreat_element(50)
Edit, paste as new layer
Layers, arrange send to bottom
Effects, 3D Effects with the settings of:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 40
Blur: 4
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
Select DBV_TrickorTreat_element(24)
Edit, copy DBV_TrickorTreat_element(24)
Edit, paste as new layer
Resize by 80% two times and place bottom.
Check my tag for placement

Select DBV_TrickorTreat_element(34)
Edit, copy DBV_TrickorTreat_element(34)

Check my tag for placement
Add as many or as little elements as you wish
Do NOT forget to add your copyright info to the tag

I'd like to show you the tag I made with this tut, but I don't know how to do that. It is my first tag ever made with PSP. I usually use GIMP.
