Open new image 600 x 600

Select Frame 3

We are going to colorize the frame. I picked the color 231f79

Adjust, color balance, manual Color Correction settings of:
Manual Target Color Selected
Source: 55545c
Target:  231f79

Edit, Copy Frame 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 85%

With your magic wand click inside the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Edit, copy Lightening

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to place how you wish in the left corner

Edit, Clear

Edit, Copy Smoke

Edit, Paste, paste as new layer

Move toward the bottom of the frame some

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : -3
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 10
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, Copy Tree

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Move to the right of the frame

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, Copy Moon

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the right than move down behind the tree

Image, resize 50%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same settings

Edit, Copy Raven

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Move to the right and place on the moon

Image, resize 50%

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move down to line up with the frame

Image, resize 85%

Select Raster 2

Layers, Duplicate

Move up to place above tube

Use your eraser tube to get rid of the access frame

I than Duplicated the tree and brought it to the top and erased the limbs from the face of the tube

Edit, copy Scatter 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Bring to the top and than move down behind the tube. See my tag for placement

Edit, copy Rock

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the right and place in front of the tree at the bottom

Edit, Copy Street Light

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Move to the left side of the frame

Image, resize 85%

Edit, Copy Cat

Move to place in front of the street light. Move to the right some

Edit, Copy Leaves

Move to the tree and place to look like they are hanging on the tree

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Select Raster 2

Edit, Copy Web

Edit, Paste, Paste as new layer

Layers, Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Edit, copy Spider

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move over to the rock and place near the bottom of the rock

Select Scythe

Image, rotate, rotate clockwise 90

Image, resize 60%

Move to the left and below the cat

Image, rotate, free rotate, left  20

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
